Your Portal Genie account supports multiple team members — each with role-based permissions that control what they can access and manage.

Included users

Both Core and Pro include 2 users in the base monthly subscription. This covers typical small-team setups with room to add more as your business grows.

Additional users are available at a per-user monthly rate. See Pricing for current rates in your currency.

Roles and permissions

Team members are assigned roles that determine their access within your Portal Genie account. Permissions control areas such as:

• Client and document management
• Portal configuration and branding
• Communication and notifications
• User administration
• Reporting and analytics

Assign permissions based on what each team member needs for their role — not everyone requires full administrative access.

Adding and managing users

Account administrators can invite team members, assign roles and adjust permissions as your team changes. When someone leaves your organisation, remove or deactivate their access promptly.

Security considerations

Combine user management with broader security practices:

• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for team accounts
• Review permissions periodically as roles change
• Limit administrative access to those who need it
