Add a Client Login Button to Your Existing Website

Every Portal Genie account includes a unique Client Portal Link. You can add this link to your website as a Client Login button — giving clients a simple, consistent way to access their portal whenever they need it.

You do not need to build your own client login system into your website. Portal Genie provides the portal access layer.

Your Client Portal Link

Your Client Portal Link is a dedicated URL that opens your branded Client Portal login screen. It works whether clients arrive from your website, an email or a message you send directly.

You can find your link in your Portal Genie account settings.

Adding a login button to your website

The simplest approach is to add a button or text link on your website that points to your Client Portal Link. Common labels include:

• Client Login
• Customer Login
• Client Portal
• Access Your Portal

Place the button wherever clients would naturally look — your homepage header, a dedicated client area page or your contact page are all good options.

You do not need to rebuild your website or add complex authentication. A standard link or button is all that is required.

Other ways to share the link

Your Client Portal Link is not limited to your website. You can also:

• Include it in email signatures and client communications
• Add it to onboarding materials for new clients
• Share it directly with individual clients when they need portal access

What happens when a client clicks

When a client follows your link, they arrive at your branded portal login screen. They enter their email address, receive a secure OTP and access their portal — with no separate registration required.
